The holiday home is located in Berlin-Spandau's oldest residential district near the train station (8 minutes). But you do not hear or see the trains. Outside the apartment is our 1000 square meter garden, which can be used by our guests. The property has a separate entrance and is situated directly in front of the garden. An indoor swimming pool is located nearly 200 meters from the apartment.
Easy reach into the
City and to the Berlin trade fair
To the center of Berlin heading from Spandau station:
- The regional train in 9 minutes time table to the zoo / Kurfürstendamm.
- The regional train in 16 minutes to Friedrichstrasse.
- The S-Bahn moves within 11 minutes to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.
- Berlin Tegel Airport is 20 minutes away.
Close to the apartments are located in about 10 minutes walk a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, children's playgrounds and the Spandau town forest with a deer corral.
Parking
Parking lots without parking fees are always directly in front of the
house available. An environmental badge is not necessary in Berlin Spandau.
In the house are lockable rooms for the assumption of bicycles.
Guests of the apartments have free access to the high-speed-internet via W-LAN, The 72 sqm apartment is ideal for four occupants and also possible for six guests. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The apartment is a non smoking apartment, which was completely refurbished and renovated in 2009. New kitchen in 2011.
