Tariffs of the vacation apartment
Prices per night for the flat (Total prices including all components, excepted cleaning):
Off-season september to april. Minimum period of occupation 4 nights.
- 55 EUR for up to two guests.
- 75 EUR three to four guests.
- 95 EUR five to six guests.
Peak season may to august Minimum period of occupation 3 nights.
- 65 EUR for up to two guests.
- 85 EUR three to four guests.
- 105 EUR five to six guests.
From may 2011, the occupancy of five or six persons is possible. If so,
4 pearsons sleeping in the living room with two comfortable sofa beds
and two people in the bedroom.
No animals.
The price includes:
- Use of the apartment over the lease term.
- Use of the garden.
- Bed linen.
- Towels.
- Wireless high speed internet for your notebook.
- Keeping of bicycles in the house.
- Safe in the flat for your valuables.
Form of payment:
- Deposit of 40% within 14 days of booking and contracting.
- Final payment on arrival in cash or by bank transfer. If it is paid
by transfer, the sum must be transferred 7 days before arrival.
Final cleaning of the apartment
